The apartment is designed in a modern, minimalist style, using light and reflective surfaces throughout, a well as screening walls to hide items such as washing machines and hot water boilers. This contemporary look continues outside to the exterior areas, giving a feeling of peace and calmness throughout the apartment.
Entering from the street, we pass through the large residents entrance gates and into the development. The apartments are constructed in small, low rise blocks, with ground floor apartments having a private garden and top floor apartments having several staircases and a private solarium. The main door to the house is located around half way down one of the beautiful footpaths, behind a small private terrace and garden area. Entering the house, we find ourselves in an open plan hallway, with the stunning, fully fitted kitchen to the right and the main living area opening up in front of us. The kitchen comes complete with all the electrical appliances, while on the left there are large screening push walls, behind which as hidden the washing machine and other electrical switchgear etc. This creates and lovely, clean look to this space.
The main living area combines a dedicated dining area and a spacious sitting room with high quality furnishings and built in furniture for the television and storage. The room is bright and well lit, thanks to the large patio doors at one end. Thee doors lead out to a spacious covered terrace, where another dining area is located, then down into the private garden, where there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun with friends and family. Entering back into the living area, we can take the hallway to the left, leading to the bedroom areas. In the hall, the guest double bedroom is to the right, with the family shower room directly in front of us. To our left is the entrance to the main bedroom, which is spacious and bright, with built in wardrobes and a lovely en-suite shower room, exclusively for the use of the main bedroom occupants.
