The well-known reservoir "Embalse de la Pedrera" is a mile away from the village in the direction of Orihuela. There are several beaches at a distance of around 18 km and in the vicinity of the village you will find several ‘Old Spanish Fincas’ with orchards of almond-, citrus- and olive trees. Easy access to the major motorways lead you to towns and cities like Orihuela, Bigastro, Alicante, Murcia and Torrevieja. The quality of the roads in the area is good. The airports of Alicante or Murcia are within easy reach.
